My name is Nevyana, I am 33 and I am addicted to my yarns and hooks. I clearly remember when it all started. I was only a little girl playing with my dolls, when my granny showed me the magical world of knitting, crocheting, and sewing.
You cannot imagine the pleasure of a girl that creates her own dolls’ collection. Then I grew up and the magic was not working the same way anymore.
For more than 15 years, I was lost in the domain of tourism, but now I found my way…I turned 33 and this crucial event made me look back in my past and search for hidden talents. That is how I found my real vocation and I gave birth to a little online shop Granny Knows Best.
Therefore, now I am addicted, but I feel I am at the right place. All of my work is my own design and my personal vision for beauty. I like simple, colorful things that make your day shining.

I am a 26 year old newlywed (3 years!!!) living out my dream of working for myself.
I spend my days in my studio with the company of my adorable and precious chocolate cocker spaniel puppy named BELLA, who is my muse, creating new modern, fresh, and simple invitations and announcements.
With my degree in Interior Design and my incredibly growing passion for all things wedding and romance, I am hard at work designing collections for brides in save the dates, wedding invitations, ceremony programs, shower invitations, and announcements. I am a wife, mom, oma, stylist, and a passion driven Creative Designer. If I’m not creating, I’m not properly functioning!! It is my gift, my talent, my blessing, and my curse, all one!
Having raised our five kids, now ages 19 to 25, I have taken on the wonderful task of creating items to share and sell.
My love for designing things started as a little girl. I remember sewing with a needle and thread at the age of 5 (yes I did poke my fingers…ouch) and having a sewing machine that used some sort of glue (instead of sharp needles).
I LOVE FABRIC!! I have a large stock of varied fabrics and simply can’t go into a fabric store without coming home with something new. I also have a passion for pretties such as Ribbons, Lace, Buttons, Trims, Feathers, Gems and Shiny things, thus my love for embellishing.
Jewelry making is an art I have picked up in the past year from my daughter who worked at a Jewelry Store. I love creating pieces that are Whimsical, Themed, Elegant, Unique, Wearable, and Affordable.
